I have developed a skill set in life cycle assessment, circular economy, engineering, research and forestry, working in a diverse range of fields including manufacturing, academia and consulting.
My favourite projects are those that focus on improving industrial processes by aligning both process-optimisation and environmental performance together.
In 2010, I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in chemical engineering from RMIT University. After several years working in the pulp and paper industry, I decided to reshape my skill set with sustainability at the core, leading me to undertake my Master by Research addressing environmental waste management in Australia.
I work in sustainability because I believe we are going to be living in a vastly different and very exciting world in the next 50 years, and I want to make sure I contribute to making positive change for the future.
In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, heading to the slopes for skiing or road-tripping out of the city. Whenever I can, I love treasure hunting for hidden gems at markets or second hand stores.
